Noodles: Chow Mein or Egg Noodles- 300 g. Cooking Oil – 2 + 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic – 1 Tbsp. Spring Onion white, chopped Onions, Green Beans, Carrots and Green pepper (Capsicum) – ½ cup each Sliced Cabbage – 1 cup Sauce mixture – 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Shezwan sauce (optional), 1 Tbsp red chilli sauce or Sriracha, 2 Tbsp. Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp. white Vinegar, ½ Tsp. black pepper powder (Optional) Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
